The 304 stainless steel seamless pipe is a globally recognized standard grade in the stainless steel family. With a chemical composition of 18% chromium and 8% nickel, it offers excellent corrosion resistance, high toughness, and outstanding formability. Manufactured using precision seamless cold-rolling technology, this pipe delivers a superior surface finish, tight dimensional tolerances, and consistent mechanical properties — making it the preferred choice for industries ranging from petrochemicals to food processing.
Unlike welded pipes, seamless pipes have no weld seam, ensuring higher pressure resistance and eliminating the risk of leakage along a welded joint. This makes the 304 seamless steel tube ideal for high-pressure, high-temperature, and corrosive environments.

304L offers lower carbon content, providing better resistance to intergranular corrosion after welding — recommended for welded structures without post-weld annealing.

  2. Heating & piercing – Billet is heated and pierced to form a hollow shell.
  3. Cold rolling/cold drawing – Multi-pass precision rolling to achieve exact OD, WT, and surface finish.
  4. Annealing – Solution annealing to eliminate internal stress and restore corrosion resistance.
  5. Pickling & passivation – Removes surface scale and enhances passive film.
  6. Straightening & cutting – To the final length and straightness tolerance.
  7. Inspection & testing – 100% dimensional check, hydrostatic test, eddy current / ultrasonic test available.
  8. Packaging – Anti-rust protection and secure export packaging.
