This TA2 titanium plug valve is a premium industrial valve engineered for precise flow control and reliable shut-off in harsh, corrosive environments. Manufactured from high-grade pure titanium TA2, it combines exceptional corrosion resistance, low maintenance design, and zero-leakage sealing performance. Widely used in chemical processing, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and fertilizer industries, this valve is ideal for handling viscous, scaling, or crystallizing media.
The plug valve uses a tapered cylindrical plug with flow passages to regulate or shut off flow. By rotating the plug 90°, the flow passage aligns with the valve body ports to open/close the line. The unique double-groove sealing ring design ensures the sealing contact pressure gradually increases during rotation, achieving tight, zero-leakage shut-off in fully open/closed positions.
