Titanium Ball Valve Grades
Titanium ball valves offer excellent corrosion resistance and strength for demanding environments in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, and marine engineering applications:
TA1 (Gr1): Pure titanium with best ductility and toughness, easy to form and weld
TA2 (Gr2): Pure titanium with good overall performance including corrosion resistance and moderate strength
TA9 (Gr7): Titanium with 0.12-0.25% palladium addition for enhanced corrosion resistance in reducing environments
TA10 (Gr12): Titanium alloy with molybdenum and nickel for better strength and heat resistance
TC4 (Gr5): Titanium alloy with 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium for high strength, hardness, and corrosion resistance
