American Standard 2-Way Light Weight Titanium Alloy Ball Valve
Special material ball valves encompass various types including two-way, three-way, and four-way configurations. Available in both soft-seal and hard-seal designs with floating and trunnion-mounted options, these valves utilize high-performance materials such as titanium, nickel, zirconium, Hastelloy, Monel, Inconel, duplex stainless steel, 904L, Alloy 20, and C4 steel. TA2 (Gr2)
Pure titanium with good overall performance including corrosion resistance and moderate strength, easy to form and weld.
TA9 (Gr7)
Titanium with 0.12-0.25% palladium addition, significantly enhancing corrosion resistance in reducing environments.
TA10 (Gr12)
Titanium alloy with molybdenum and nickel, providing better strength and heat resistance while maintaining good corrosion resistance.
TC4 (Gr5)
Titanium alloy with 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium, possessing very high strength and hardness with good corrosion resistance and low density.
