Product Overview

The top-mounted structure design reduces connecting bolts in high-pressure, large-diameter applications, enhancing valve reliability and overcoming system weight impacts on normal operation.

Floating Ball Design: Under medium pressure, the ball displaces to press tightly against the outlet sealing surface, ensuring reliable sealing
Excellent Corrosion Resistance: Utilizes titanium's stable oxide film and self-passivation capability to withstand harsh corrosive environments
Low Flow Resistance: Minimal fluid resistance even in reduced bore configurations
Superior Sealing Performance: PTFE sealing rings provide excellent sealing that improves with medium pressure
Reliable Stem Sealing: 90° rotation operation prevents packing seal damage with pressure-enhanced reverse sealing
TA1 (Gr1): Pure titanium with excellent ductility and toughness, easy forming and welding
TA2 (Gr2): Pure titanium with balanced corrosion resistance and moderate strength, easy forming and welding
TA9 (Gr7): Titanium with 0.12-0.25% palladium for enhanced corrosion resistance in reducing environments
TA10 (Gr12): Titanium alloy with molybdenum and nickel for improved strength and heat resistance
TC4 (Gr5): Titanium alloy with 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium for high strength, hardness, and corrosion resistance
