Production Information
A titanium flange is a component made from titanium or titanium alloy that connects pipes together at their ends. It features holes for bolts that secure two flanges tightly, with gaskets used to ensure a leak-proof seal. Flanged pipe fittings refer to pipe fittings that include flanges. These flanges can be manufactured through casting, screw connections, or welding. A flange joint consists of two flanges, a gasket, and bolts and nuts. The gasket, placed between the sealing surfaces of the flanges, deforms under the pressure from the tightened bolts, filling surface irregularities and ensuring a secure, leak-proof connection.
This titanium slip-on flange is made from grades Gr2 and Gr12, suitable for DN250 size and Class 150 pressure rating, following ASME B16.5 standards. The flange is produced in various material grades including Gr1, Gr2, Gr5, Gr7, and Gr12. It is certified by ISO9001:2015, SGS, BV, and TUV.
