Panel materials: Paper faced gypsum board, calcium silicate board, and fiber cement laminated board are common choices, which can be selected according to different functional requirements, such as waterproofing, fire resistance, etc.
Construction process:
Laying out: First, mark the position of the keel on the wall.
Fixed light steel keel: Fix the keel on the wall according to the layout position.
Fill rock wool: Fill rock wool between the keel to enhance the sound insulation effect.
Install wall panels: Fix the panels onto the keel and process the nail holes and joints.
Lightweight and High Strength: With a self weight of only about 3-4 kg/m ², it is much lower than traditional brick walls or wooden structures, but has high strength and can withstand high loads (such as a single point hanging force of over 1000N)
Excellent fire resistance: The steel itself is resistant to high temperatures, and when combined with fire-resistant gypsum board or mineral wool board, the fire resistance limit can reach 1.0-1.6 hours, meeting the requirements of building fire protection regulations
Good seismic performance: using flexible connection structures (such as sliding connectors) to absorb energy through sliding support during earthquakes, reducing structural damage
Convenient and efficient construction: using prefabricated technology, dry operation as the main method, short construction period, no wet operation, reducing construction waste, suitable for rapid decoration or renovation
Excellent sound insulation performance: Fill the cavity of the keel with rock wool or glass wool, and the sound insulation of the 180mm thick partition wall can reach 45dB
