This pole utilizes ASTM A572 Grade 50 high-strength low-alloy structural steel, offering a minimum yield strength of 345 MPa (50 ksi) with enhanced atmospheric corrosion resistance compared to standard A36 material.
The A572 specification is widely mandated by North American and international utility procurement standards for transmission-class structures, making this pole directly compatible with projects funded by development banks and international aid programs requiring ASTM compliance. Hongxin's 25+ years of manufacturing experience ensures full conformance to A572 material traceability requirements, from certified mill production through finished pole delivery.

The 58FT ASTM A572 transmission pole is purpose-built for 66KV transmission corridors, grid interconnection tie-lines, and primary substation entry structures. Its ASTM material certification makes it directly acceptable for World Bank, Asian Development Bank, and African Development Bank funded electrification projects.
The pole supports all standard 66KV hardware including composite long-rod insulators, vertical break disconnect switches, and OPGW attachment brackets. Custom structural analysis for line angles up to 60 degrees, broken wire conditions, and construction/maintenance loading cases is available through Hongxin's engineering department.
Three-section pole sets are individually wrapped, flange faces protected, and packed in heavy-duty steel-framed crates for ocean freight. Complete ASTM A572 material certification package, flange machining inspection records, robotic weld NDT reports, ISO 1461 galvanization measurements, and final assembly verification are provided.
