The 7x0.33 galvanized steel stranded wire for optical cables is a special reinforcement component made by twisting 7 B-grade galvanized steel wires with a diameter of 0.33mm or above in a 1×7 structure. The finished product has a diameter of approximately 0.71mm and a theoretical breaking force of about 1.2kN.
This product features tension performance that matches the mechanical properties of optical fibers, excellent lateral pressure protection ability, and temperature stability. It meets the YD/T 393-2014 industry standard and serves as the core reinforcement component for various communication optical cables such as ADSS and OPGW. It can be adapted to various laying scenarios including pipelines, overhead, and direct burial.
