7x19 stainless steel wire rope is a classic structural steel wire rope made of 7 strands of 19 thin steel wires per strand. It has excellent flexibility and fatigue resistance, and can adapt to frequent bending and winding work scenarios while maintaining moderate load-bearing capacity. Common uses of 7x19 structure, 0.8-16mm diameter stainless steel wire rope:
Small lifting equipment: 10-16mm specifications can be used as lifting ropes for electric hoists and small cranes, with a single rope breaking force of 10-25 tons, suitable for component lifting and equipment maintenance operations in the workshop.
Small vessel mooring: 8-16mm specifications can be used as mooring ropes for fishing boats and yachts, and 316 stainless steel material has a corrosion resistance life of 3-5 times that of ordinary steel wire ropes in seawater environments.
Clothes drying system: The 1.5-4mm specification is a dedicated steel wire for balcony lifting clothes drying machines. The 7x19 structure has good flexibility and is not easy to break after repeated lifting, with a long service life.
Venue security: 5-12mm specifications are used for temporary isolation barriers and security ropes in large sports venues and exhibition halls. They have strong impact resistance and can effectively block external impacts.
