Weaving Structure: Two common weaving methods are available: 7×7 (49 wires) and 7×19 (133 wires). The 7×7 structure is relatively soft and suitable for bundling and pulling applications. The 7×19 structure features more threads and higher tensile strength, making it ideal for small-scale lifting operations.
Coating Details: The outer blue PVC coating has uniform thickness with an error controlled within 0.1mm. The surface features subtle anti-slip textures that improve friction during manual operation while reducing coating wear. Some premium products use food-grade PVC material, which is odor-free and releases no harmful substances, making it safe for contact with fresh food.
The blue PVC coating contains UV absorbers that resist sunlight exposure. The coating will not crack or fade after 3-5 years of outdoor use. It offers excellent low-temperature resistance and maintains good flexibility even in -20°C environments.
