ICT-Based No-Disconnect Three-Phase Meter Test Equipment


For three-phase energy meters with inseparable current and voltage circuits, our system integrates a high-accuracy 1:1 electronic compensation ICT at each meter position, enabling true no-disconnect calibration without external isolation transformers.This solution supports testing under actual wiring conditions, delivers more realistic error characteristics, improves calibration efficiency, and fully meets ICT-related technical requirements for utilities, laboratories, and manufacturers.



Description


1. The installation of ICT in each meter position is required to test three-phase meters with closed links between the current and voltage measuring circuits (I-P links).
2. The meter test system is capable of measuring mechanical and electronic meters, as well as electronic meters, through automatic, semi-automatic or manual operation.
3.Meters under testing: The following configurations are available: 3P4W, 3P3W and 1P2W.
Fourthly, the testing mode encompasses the following: active power, reactive power and cross-connected reactive power.
In order to ensure the accuracy of the measurements, it is essential to simultaneously measure meters that have the same specifications but different meter constants.
6. The automatic positioning rotor mark of the disc of the mechanical meter is more efficient.
