YCRT-D510 Digital Insulation Resistance Meter

Features and Functions

Large 4-bit LCD display with gray backlight, adjustable for dim environments.
Data storage: 500 groups of data with "FULL" prompt; supports USB data upload to PC.
Multiple voltage outputs: 100V, 250V, 500V, 1000V, 2500V, 5000V, 10KV, 15KV (±10% accuracy).
Safety compliance: IEC61010-1, IEC61557-1/5, IP54 (dust/water-resistant), CAT Ⅲ 300V.
Built-in rechargeable 12.6V lithium battery with low-battery indicator and overload protection.
Shockproof, dustproof, and moisture-proof structure for harsh environments.
High-resolution measurements: Insulation resistance (0.01MΩ–10TΩ), DC voltage (0–1000V), AC voltage (0–750V), DC current (0.1nA–6mA), capacitance (10nF–50μF).
Automatic shutdown: Powers off after 15 minutes of inactivity.

DC current test: Range from 100pA to 6mA with multiple resolution levels.
Capacitance test: Measures 10nF–50μF, requiring manual range adjustment.
Ramp test (RAMP): Step-wise voltage increase (10% increments) to target voltage.
Filter test (FR): Selectable filter times (10S–50S) to stabilize measurements.
Data management: Lock, store, review, and delete measurements; "MR" symbol for data review.
Alarm settings: Customizable thresholds for insulation resistance, DC/AC voltage (flashing symbol and audible alert).
Guard terminal function: Reduces surface leakage errors in high-resistance measurements (e.g., cables).
