The METICA MTEO-2500 Entry-Level Automatic Essential Oil Filling Crimping Labeling Boxing Line is a comprehensive 4-in-1 turnkey packaging solution delivering complete end-to-end automation for essential oil producers. From empty bottles to cartoned finished product, this integrated line combines filling, crimping, labeling, and boxing into one seamless workflow.
The filling section features a 2-head gear pump system providing gentle, precise fills for 5-50ml essential oil volumes with ±0.5% accuracy. The gear pump technology ensures no shear stress on delicate oil compounds, preserving purity and therapeutic efficacy. Bottles transfer to the single-head crimping station handling dropper assemblies, screw caps, and crimp neck closures with automatic cap sorting and torque control.
The wrap-around labeling station applies front, back, and full-wrap labels with precise positioning on amber and cobalt blue glass bottles. The line concludes with an automated cartoning section that groups finished bottles and loads them into boxes, eliminating the most labor-intensive manual step.
