The METICA MTEO-1500 Entry-Level Automatic Essential Oil Bottle Filling Crimping Labeling Line is an integrated 3-in-1 packaging solution combining filling, crimping, and labeling in one continuous workflow. Designed for essential oil brands seeking complete packaging automation, this line delivers consistent results for small to medium production volumes.
The filling stage features a 2-head piston servo motor system delivering precise 5-50ml fills with ±0.5% accuracy. The gentle piston servo motor mechanism preserves the therapeutic properties of pure essential oils while ensuring zero product degradation. Bottles then transfer to the single-head capping station, which handles dropper assemblies, screw caps, and crimp neck closures with automatic cap sorting and torque-controlled sealing.
The wrap-around labeling station applies front, back, or full-wrap labels with precise positioning on amber and cobalt blue glass bottles. The centralized PLC touch screen provides unified control for recipe management, quick product changeovers, and real-time production monitoring across all three stations.
