Bottles then transfer seamlessly to the single-head crimping station, which features automatic cap sorting and torque-controlled sealing compatible with both screw caps and crimp neck closures.
The final labeling stage employs a wrap-around labeling head that applies front, back, or full-wrap labels with precise positioning. The entire 3-in-1 line is managed by a centralized PLC touch screen interface, providing single-point control for all parameters, recipe storage for quick product changeovers, and production monitoring capabilities.
