The METICA MTEO-800 Entry-Level Automatic Essential Oil Bottle Filling Crimping Machine is a purpose-built 2-in-1 solution for small to mid-scale essential oil producers. Combining precision filling with automatic crimping in a compact platform, this machine handles small bottle formats, dropper caps, and light-sensitive dark glass containers with ease.
The filling section features a dual-head gear pump system delivering gentle, precise fills from 5ml to 50ml with ±0.5% accuracy. The gear pump technology ensures zero shear stress on delicate essential oil compounds, preserving their therapeutic properties and aromatic integrity. Both filling heads operate simultaneously, achieving 1,200-1,800 bottles per hour.
Bottles advance to the single-head crimping station with automatic cap sorting and torque-controlled sealing. The station handles dropper assemblies, screw caps, and crimp neck closures. The machine accommodates amber and cobalt blue glass bottles, the industry standard for light-sensitive oil products.
