The METICA MTFL-800 Entry-Level Automatic Perfume Bottle Filling Crimping Machine is a cost-effective 2-in-1 solution engineered for small to mid-scale perfume producers entering automated production. The filling section features a dual-head gear pump system that ensures smooth, precise liquid transfer for perfume formulations ranging from 10ml to 200ml. The gear pump technology provides gentle product handling with no shear stress on delicate fragrance compounds, while delivering fill accuracy of ±0.5%. Both filling heads operate simultaneously via servo-driven controls, enabling throughput of 1,200-1,800 bottles per hour.
Following filling, bottles advance to the single-head crimping station equipped with an automatic cap sorting and feeding system. The crimping head is compatible with standard screw caps and crimp neck closures commonly used in the perfume industry. Torque-controlled operation ensures consistent sealing force on every bottle, protecting product integrity through distribution and retail handling.
