Designed as an accessible complete line for small to mid-scale perfume producers, this turnkey system integrates filling, crimping, labeling, and boxing into one seamless workflow.
The filling section features a 2-head gear pump system delivering precise fills across a 10-200ml volume range with ±0.5% accuracy. The gear pump technology provides gentle, shear-free handling ideal for preserving complex fragrance compositions. Bottles advance to the single-head crimping station with automatic cap sorting, handling both screw caps and crimp neck closures with torque-controlled consistency.
The wrap-around labeling station applies front, back, and full-wrap labels with precise positioning. The line concludes with an automated cartoning section that groups filled bottles and loads them into boxes, eliminating the most labor-intensive manual handling step. A centralized PLC touch screen provides unified control over all four stations, enabling rapid product changeovers through stored recipe management.
