The manual Super Flexible Spacer application machine set is an efficient and user-friendly tool designed for precise spacer application in small and curved glass installations. The set includes a hand‑held spacer applicator gun, air‑flotation assembly table, spacer storage rack and semi‑automatic corner cutting machine. The hand-held spacer applicator gun comprises several key components, including a handle, cylinder, V-groove, pressing mechanism, pneumatic valve control etc. To operate, the spacer is threaded through the gun, and the pressing mechanism is adjusted to ensure firm contact between the spacer and the glass surface. Once secured by tightening the top screw, the gun is pushed steadily and straight to bond the spacer securely onto the glass. At corners, the position is carefully determined, and the pneumatic valve activates the cylinder to lower the V-groove for precise cutting. After turning the direction, the application process continues seamlessly. For the final closure, the cutting switch is pressed to open the valve, simultaneously lowering both the cylinder and cutting mechanism to achieve a clean cut of the V-groove and spacer. The joint is then sealed with aluminum tape, resulting in a seamless, four-sided finish without gaps. This manual gun is suitable for spacers with a width of less than 15 mm and a thickness under 7 mm, ensuring versatility and reliability in various applications.
