60x90 1000gsm Microfibre Cleaning Cloths , Car Wash Drying Towels Bulk Pack

These 60x90cm 1000gsm microfibre cleaning cloths are the largest and heaviest drying towel we build, made for car wash bays and detailing studios that dry dozens of vehicles a day. Two 500gsm twisted loop panels are joined through the centre to give a true 1000gsm double layer weight, which means the towel carries a large volume of water inside the cloth instead of pushing it back onto the paint. At 60x90cm the working face covers a full bonnet or roof in one pass, so the operator spends less time repositioning and more time moving down the vehicle.

The blend is 80 percent polyester and 20 percent polyamide, the ratio that gives fast capillary pickup together with strong mechanical lifting of dust, polish residue and dried water spots. Because the double layer adds mass, the towel lies flat on the panel, spreads pressure evenly when buffing, and protects the surface when the cloth is folded and pressed into tight areas such as door shuts, sills and wheel arches.

• Keeps Water Inside The Cloth: The joined layers hold absorbed water away from the panel once the pile is loaded, which shortens drying time and stops streaks forming behind the towel.
• Soft Sealed Edge: Ultrasonic cut and sealed borders remove hard stitching that can catch on badges, PPF film and wrap edges, and prevent fraying through repeated washing.
• Bulk Pack From 1005 Pieces: Consistent colour, size and weight across every carton, with custom colour, size, gram weight and printed logo available for private label ranges.

This towel was designed around the drying stage of a wash cycle. Lay it flat over the panel and pull rather than wipe, so the pile lifts standing water into the cloth while the double layer keeps it there until the towel is wrung out. One 60x90cm towel typically finishes a bonnet, a roof or two full doors before it needs squeezing. Fold into quarters for buffing wax, sealant and spray detailer after the dry, or into eighths for glass, mirrors and interior trim where a smaller contact patch gives better control around wipers, seals and camera housings. Keep dedicated colours for paint, glass and wheels to prevent cross contamination, and a separate cloth for sills, door shuts and engine bays where the pile picks up grease and road film. Outside the wash bay the size suits van fleets, truck cabs, buses, motorcycle and RV drying, boat gelcoat wipe down, workshop bench cleaning and large format household tasks such as windows, shower screens and stainless steel appliances. For distributors the towel anchors the premium end of a car care range and packs well as a two piece retail set with a wash mitt.

Standard packing is one piece per poly bag with 50 pieces per export carton, and we can switch to printed header cards, mesh laundry bags, barcode labels or retail ready colour boxes to suit your channel. Because the double layer cloth is heavy per piece, carton gross weight is confirmed on the packing list before shipment so container loading and freight cost can be planned accurately.

Every production lot is inspected against a written sheet covering fabric weight, layer bonding strength, cut size tolerance, edge strength, colour fastness, absorbency and lint level. Our QC team soaks and wrings random pieces, runs a full machine wash cycle at 60 degrees Celsius and checks that the two layers stay joined and that the cloth holds its size, softness and pickup performance. Retention samples are kept for each batch so repeat orders match the original approval, third party inspection through SGS or BV is welcome, and pre shipment photos and video are provided for every order. Sampling is free of charge with freight collected, bulk lead time is 7 to 10 days for stock colours and 25 to 30 days for custom dyeing or logo work.
