These super absorbent car microfibre cloths are our top weight for hand held drying, built from two 600gsm twisted loop panels joined through the centre to give a true 1200gsm double layer pad in a compact 40x40cm square. The extra mass matters on a wet panel: instead of the towel loading up after the first windscreen and then smearing the rest of the car, the joined layers keep pulling water into the pile and holding it there, so one cloth finishes a full side before it needs wringing.

We weave the cloth from an 80 percent polyester and 20 percent polyamide blend, the ratio that gives fast capillary pickup with strong mechanical lifting of dust and polish residue. Both faces use a twisted loop pile, so the fibres stay upright and open after washing rather than matting into a felt like sheet, and the ultrasonic sealed edge keeps the border soft enough to use on wrapped, filmed and freshly polished surfaces without leaving marks.

Use this cloth as the finishing towel in a wash cycle. Lay it flat and pull across the panel so the pile lifts standing water rather than pushing it along, then wring and continue until the vehicle is dry. In a detailing studio the same cloth handles wax and sealant buffing, where the double layer spreads pressure evenly and the soft edge protects wrapped and filmed surfaces, and it works well for polish removal on bumpers and mirror caps where a small pad is easier to control. Fold into quarters for wheels and exhaust tips, into eighths for interior trim, screens and camera housings, and keep dedicated colours for paint, glass and wheels to avoid cross contamination. Outside vehicle care the 1200gsm weight suits motorcycle and bicycle drying, workshop bench and tool wipe down, machine cleaning, and heavy household jobs such as oven fronts, stainless steel and shower screens. Standard packing is one piece per poly bag with 100 pieces per export carton, and we can switch to printed header cards, mesh laundry bags, barcode labels or retail ready colour boxes to suit your channel. Because the double layer cloth is heavy per piece, carton gross weight is confirmed on the packing list before shipment so container loading and freight cost can be planned accurately.

Every production lot is inspected against a written sheet covering fabric weight, layer bonding strength, cut size tolerance, edge strength, colour fastness, absorbency and lint level. Our QC team soaks and wrings random pieces, runs a full machine wash cycle at 60 degrees Celsius and checks that the two layers stay joined and that the cloth holds its size, softness and pickup performance. Retention samples are kept for each batch so repeat orders match the original approval, third party inspection through SGS or BV is welcome, and pre shipment photos and video are provided for every order. Sampling is free of charge with freight collected, bulk lead time is 7 to 10 days for stock colours and 25 to 30 days for custom dyeing or logo work.
