This soft 1200gsm car wash microfiber towel is the largest and heaviest cloth we produce, built for professional detailing studios and high volume wash bays that need to dry a full panel in one pass without risking the finish. Two 600gsm twisted loop panels are joined through the centre, giving a genuine 1200gsm double layer weight across a 60x90cm working face, so the towel holds a large volume of water inside the cloth instead of pushing it back onto the paint as the pile loads up.

Softness is the point of this specification. The pile is woven from an 80 percent polyester and 20 percent polyamide blend, scoured and pre shrunk before cutting so the fibres stay supple after repeated washing. On freshly polished paint, wrapped panels and glossy black plastics, that softness combined with the plush double layer face is what prevents micro marring, and the ultrasonic sealed border removes the hard stitched edge that usually catches on badges and film edges.

Our QC team soaks and wrings random pieces, runs a full machine wash cycle at 60 degrees Celsius and checks that the two layers stay joined and that the cloth holds its size, softness and pickup performance. Retention samples are kept for each batch so repeat orders match the original approval, third party inspection through SGS or BV is welcome, and pre shipment photos and video are provided for every order.
