Our 60x90cm car wash towels are the large format version of our best selling 500gsm twisted loop microfibre cloth, sized for detailers who want to dry a whole bonnet, roof or van panel without reaching for a second towel. The 500gsm weight, woven from an 80 percent polyester and 20 percent polyamide blend, gives the cloth enough body to glide across clear coat while lifting water, shampoo residue and spray wax into the pile rather than pushing it around. Because these are sold as microfiber rags bulk, car wash operators, dealership groups and private label brands can standardise on one cloth across the entire site and cut cost per vehicle.

The single layer twisted loop construction holds individual fibres upright, so the towel keeps a soft, springy face after repeated washing instead of matting flat like a cheap compressed cloth. A 60x90cm face gives roughly 5400 square centimetres of working surface, which is almost three times the area of a 40x40cm towel, making it the most efficient option for high volume drying bays where turnaround time decides throughput.

Every production lot is checked against a written inspection sheet covering fabric weight, cut size tolerance, edge strength, colour fastness and absorbency. Our QC team samples random pieces, soaks and wrings them, runs a full machine wash cycle and re measures the cloth to confirm it holds both size and hand feel. Retention samples are kept for each batch so repeat orders match the original approval, third party inspection through SGS or BV is welcome, and pre shipment photos and video are provided for every order. Sampling is free of charge with freight collected, bulk lead time is 7 to 10 days for stock colours and 25 to 30 days for custom dyeing or logo work.
