These polyester polyamide 600gsm micro fibre cloths are the heaviest weight in our standard car care range, built for detailers and wash operators who need maximum water pickup in a compact 40x40cm format. The 600gsm pile is woven in a single layer twisted loop structure from an 80 percent polyester and 20 percent polyamide blend, so the fibres stay upright and open rather than flattening into a thin sheet. That open structure is what allows the cloth to swallow water quickly, hold it inside the pile, and release it cleanly when the towel is wrung out, which is the difference between one towel per panel and one towel per car.

Because the cloth is denser than a 500gsm towel, it also works as a final wipe cloth after compounding and polishing, where the thicker cushion spreads pressure across the panel and keeps abrasive residue away from the clear coat. A 40x40cm square folds into a hand sized pad for controlled work around badges, mirrors and door handles, and opens out to a full panel towel for drying glass, paint and trim without leaving streaks.

• Lint Free And Streak Free: Split micro fibres are scoured and pre shrunk before cutting, so the cloth releases no loose fibre onto glass, piano black trim or dark clear coat and leaves no drying trails behind.
• 40x40cm Foldable Format: Folds twice into a compact pad for wheels, grilles and interior panels, and folds three times for edge free wiping along panel gaps and window seals.
• Soft Sealed Edge: Ultrasonic cut and sealed borders remove hard stitching that can catch on badges, PPF film and wrap edges, and stop fraying through repeated washing.
• Machine Washable: Rated for hundreds of cycles at up to 60 degrees Celsius without shedding or losing absorbency, keeping cost per vehicle low for high volume car wash operations.

This towel suits both ends of the car care workflow. In a wash bay it works as the primary drying cloth after the rinse stage, laid flat and pulled across the panel so water is lifted rather than wiped, and a single cloth covers a door, a wing and a mirror without reloading. In a detailing studio it becomes the buffing cloth for wax, sealant and spray detailer, where the heavy 600gsm cushion keeps pressure even across the panel and the soft edge protects wrapped and filmed surfaces. Keep separate colours for paint, glass and wheels to avoid cross contamination, and reserve one cloth for engine bays and door shuts where the pile picks up grease and road film. Our QC team soaks and wrings random pieces, runs a full machine wash cycle at 60 degrees Celsius and re measures the cloth to confirm it holds size, softness and pickup performance. Retention samples are kept for each batch so repeat orders match the original approval, third party inspection through SGS or BV is welcome, and pre shipment photos and video are provided for every order. Sampling is free of charge with freight collected, bulk lead time is 7 to 10 days for stock colours and 25 to 30 days for custom dyeing or logo work.
