This lint free 60x90cm microfibre cleaning cloth brings our heaviest 600gsm pile into a large format drying towel, so a single pass covers a whole bonnet, roof or van side panel without stopping to swap cloths. The fabric is woven in a single layer twisted loop structure from an 80 percent polyester and 20 percent polyamide blend, a combination that keeps the fibres upright and open, traps water and dust inside the pile, and lets both release cleanly when the cloth is wrung out. For detailing bays where the clock decides throughput, one large towel per vehicle usually replaces two or three smaller cloths.

The lint free finish is the reason many of our customers choose this cloth for dark paint and glass. Split micro fibres are scoured, pre shrunk and washed before cutting, so the towel does not shed loose fibre onto clear coat, tinted glass or piano black interior trim. Combined with the heavy 600gsm cushion, that means fewer passes, less pressure and a streak free result even in direct sunlight.

Use this cloth as the primary drying towel after the rinse stage, laid flat on the panel and pulled rather than wiped so the water is lifted into the pile. Fold it into quarters for buffing wax, sealant and spray detailer, or into eighths for glass and interior work where a smaller contact patch gives better control around mirrors, wipers and window seals. Dedicated colours for paint, glass and wheels keep contamination apart, and a separate cloth for door shuts, sills and engine bays protects the paint towels from road film and grease. Every production lot is inspected against a written sheet covering fabric weight, cut size tolerance, edge strength, colour fastness, absorbency and lint level. Our QC team soaks and wrings random pieces, runs a full machine wash cycle at 60 degrees Celsius and re measures the cloth to confirm it holds size, softness and pickup performance. Retention samples are kept for each batch so repeat orders match the original approval, third party inspection through SGS or BV is welcome, and pre shipment photos and video are provided for every order. Sampling is free of charge with freight collected, bulk lead time is 7 to 10 days for stock colours and 25 to 30 days for custom dyeing or logo work.
