500gsm Single Layer Twisted Loop Microfiber Towels For Cars 40x40cm 80%

Our 500gsm single layer twisted loop microfiber towels for cars are built for detailers who refuse to compromise on paint safety. Each towel is woven from an 80 percent polyester and 20 percent polyamide blend in a dense 500gsm weight, giving the cloth a plush, cushioning hand feel that lifts dust, polish residue and drying water away from the surface instead of dragging it across. At 40x40cm the towel offers a generous working face for full-panel drying while staying compact enough to fold into four neat quarters for controlled, edge-free wiping. The single layer twisted loop construction keeps the pile open and springy wash after wash, so absorbency does not collapse after the first few cycles.

Every batch is produced in our own weaving and dyeing lines, cut to a true 40x40cm tolerance and finished with a soft ultrasonic edge that will not scratch clear coat. This is the same specification we supply to car wash chains, detailing studios and private label brands across Europe and North America, and it is available from 1000 pieces with full OEM colour and logo support.

• 500gsm High Density Pile: The 500gsm weight delivers roughly twice the water holding capacity of a standard 300gsm cloth, so a single 40x40cm towel can dry an entire hood or door panel before it needs wringing out.
• Single Layer Twisted Loop Structure: Twisted loop yarn keeps individual fibres upright and resilient, trapping grit deep inside the pile rather than rolling it along the paint, which dramatically reduces the risk of wash induced swirl marks.
• 80 Percent Polyester 20 Percent Polyamide Blend: The proven 80/20 ratio balances capillary absorption with mechanical lifting power, letting the towel soak up water quickly while still grabbing fine dust from glass, chrome and trim.
• Lint Free and Streak Free Finish: Split micro fibres are washed and pre-shrunk before cutting, so the towel releases no loose fibres on dark paint or tinted glass and leaves no drying streaks behind.
• 40x40cm Working Size: A practical square that folds into comfortable hand sized pads for wheels, grilles, door jambs and interior panels, and opens out to a full drying towel when needed.
• Reinforced Soft Edge: The ultrasonic cut and sealed border prevents fraying and removes hard stitching that could catch on badges, wraps or delicate clear bra film.
• Machine Washable and Reusable: Rated for hundreds of wash cycles at up to 60 degrees Celsius without shedding, pilling or losing absorbency, which keeps cost per use low for high volume operations.

These microfiber towels for cars cover the full detailing workflow. Use the 500gsm face dry after a rinse to pull standing water off paint and glass without a chamois, fold the towel into quarters to buff wax, sealant and spray detailer to a haze free gloss, and keep a separate colour for wheels, tyres and engine bays to avoid cross contamination. The same cloth is equally at home in motorcycle and RV care, marine gelcoat polishing, workshop equipment wipe down and high end household cleaning such as mirrors, stainless steel appliances and screens. Because the towel is colour fast and printable, it also works as a branded giveaway or retail pack item for dealerships, car wash memberships and automotive accessory distributors.

Standard packing is one piece per poly bag with 100 pieces per export carton, and we can switch to printed header cards, mesh laundry bags, poly bag with barcode label, or retail ready colour boxes to match your channel. Carton size and gross weight are confirmed on the packing list before shipment.

Each production lot is inspected against a written checklist covering fabric weight, cut size tolerance, edge strength, colour fastness and absorbency. Our QC team tests random pieces by soaking, wringing, machine washing and re-measuring, and we keep retention samples for every batch so repeat orders stay consistent. Third party inspection such as SGS or BV is welcome, and we provide pre shipment photos and video for every order. Sampling is free of charge with freight collected, and bulk lead time is 7 to 10 days for stock colours or 25 to 30 days for custom dyeing and logo work.
