A:Small orders or items in stock: Preparation and dispatch within 3 days. Shipping time
depends on the selected method, ranging from 7 days to 1 month.
Large orders: Production lead time is 5–21 working days depending on quantity, followed
by 1–3 days for testing and 1 day for packaging. Total lead time is typically 7–25 days,
excluding shipping.

contact our sales team with photos. We will resolve the issue through replacement or
refund.
