On the basis of overcoming the shortcomings of horizontal spiral packaging and vertical spiral packaging, the manufacturer of ultra-fine powder packaging machine has added vacuum air-removal device and anti-dust mechanism, which are suitable for ultra-fine powder packaging.
The main features of the packing machine are as follows:
1. Before packaging and filling materials, vacuum pre-air-removal is carried out to increase the bulk density and reduce the air content. ；
2. Second time air-removal operation will be carried out to make sure the air can be removed to the largest degree.
3. After the material enters the packaging bag, the tubular insertion vacuum air removal is performed again, and finally the bulk density of the ultra-fine powder material can be filled into the bag increases again;
4. During the entire material flow process, each connection is guaranteed by the fully-sealed structure, and is equipped with a air-permeable separation device to achieve air-powder separation;
5. The feeding mechanism and the packaging bag move relative to each other to realize no-drop packaging, and realize grading and blanking during the material flow process with a small drop;
6. There is dust removal device to remove dust released from the connection between bags and packing machine.
