1. Product description of ore dressing equipment sand washing machine
Sand washing machine is mainly used in sand and stone field, mining, building materials, transportation, chemical industry, water conservancy and hydropower, concrete mixing station and other industries to wash materials. Generally used as the supporting equipment of sand and stone production line.
(1) XS series sand and stone washing machine is a wheel bucket type washing equipment. Mainly used for washing and dehydration of building sand and stone.
It is mainly used for washing, classification and dehydration of sand and stone in construction site, sand and stone factory, concrete dam site of hydropower station, post and telecommunications pole factory, quartz sand in glass factory and pressure sand for oil well backfilling.
(2) Spiral sand washing machine is formed in the lower part of the inclined arrangement of the sink sedimentation tank, drive the bolt rotation, from the bottom of the sedimentation tank into the cleaning water, so as to complete the three functions of cleaning, dehydration and classification. Spiral sand washing machine is suitable for washing, grading and impurity removal in metallurgy, building materials, hydropower and other industries, and is used for washing fine-grained and coarse-grained materials. 2. Working principle of ore dressing equipment sand washing machine
In the production operation, the motor drives the impeller to rotate slowly after decelerating through the triangle belt, reducer and gear. The sand and stone enter the washing tank from the feeding tank, roll under the drive of the impeller, and grind each other to remove the impurities covering the surface of the sand and stone, and destroy the water vapor layer covering the sand, so as to facilitate dehydration; At the same time, add water to form a strong water flow, timely take away impurities and foreign bodies with small proportion, and discharge from the overflow outlet washing tank to complete the cleaning effect. Clean sand is taken away by the blade, and then the sand is poured into the discharge trough from the rotating impeller to complete the cleaning function of the sand and stone.
