VSI sand making machine is widely used for fine crusher and coarse grinding of metal and non metal ores, cement, refractory material, grinding material, glass raw material, building aggregates, artificial sand and all kinds of metallurgical slags. It is especially suitable for medium hardness materials, high hardness materials and corrosion resistance materials, such as carborundum, emery, magnesia etc.
Working Principle and Structure of VSI Crusher Machine
The entire center feeding: materials falls into the feed hopper, then enters the high-speed rotary sling wheel from center feeding hole, which is accelerated immediately in the sling wheel. The speed can reach several dozens times of the gravity acceleration. Then it is thrown out from the sling wheel. Firstly, the materials are crushed with the rebounded materials fell freely from the sling wheel, and then both of them are impacted to the materials lining (rock-rock) or the strike back block (rock-iron), rebounded and stroke to the top of eddy cavity in the inclined-up direction. Then it moves along deflection-down, and forms a continuous materials curtain with the materials from the impellers passage. Thus, the materials are stroke, rubbed, crushed twice or more, and finally are discharged from the down discharging opening.
