1. Product description of disc brake of hoist in mining machine spare parts
The lifting system is the throat of mine production, and the brake device is the last and the most critical safety guarantee system of the hoist, and its main realization form is disc brake. In the process of mine production, disc brake shoe and brake disc frequently friction to control the normal operation of hoist, once the brake shoe failure, will lead to a serious accident hoist. Disc brake is used for working brake and emergency brake in mine hoist, and its drive and control are completed by a separate hydraulic station. The brake can replace the function of locking device, each brake is equipped with a stop valve, when repairing the brake, can be carried out one by one. Disc brake is composed of brake shoe, disc spring, hydraulic components, lining plate with cylinder, sealing ring and brake body. It is powered by a butterfly spring and released by pressure oil from a hydraulic station.
2. The new TS series disc brake device in mining machine spare parts has the following technical characteristics:
(1) Use cylinder rear disc brake to avoid hydraulic oil pollution brake disc.
(2) The main oil circuit adopts the built-in integrated oil circuit system to supply oil to each brake to reduce oil leakage.
(3) The external pipeline adopts fine rolled pipe and catch-sleeve joint to truly achieve zero solder joint.
(4) The use of non-asbestos environmental protection brake shoe.
(5) The exposed surface of brake is nickel plated.
3. Notes for use and maintenance of disc brake of hoist in mining machine spare parts, common faults and handling methods
(1) The brake shoe shall not stick to oil, and the brake disc shall not have oil in use, so as not to reduce the friction coefficient of the brake shoe and affect the braking force;
(2) Check the brake shoe clearance frequently in normal use. If the brake shoe clearance exceeds 2mm, adjust it in time to avoid affecting the braking force;
(3) in the use of heavy weight in the mine, can not rely on mechanical braking, which will make the brake disc heating, once there is an emergency will affect the braking torque, resulting in a major accident, so should use dynamic braking.
