1. Application fields of ceramsite sand:
Ceramsite sand is an alternative to natural quartz sand, glass ball, metal ball and other medium and low strength proppants, which is mainly used for downhole support in oil fields to increase oil and gas production. Can also be widely used in building materials, horticulture, food and beverage, fire insulation materials, chemical, petroleum and other sectors, a wide range of applications.
2. Main equipment of ceramsite sand production line:
The main equipment for the production of ceramics mainly includes: raw material storage bin, dust removal room, auxiliary equipment for the production of shale ceramics: crusher, screening machine, belt conveyor, feeder, hoist, discharge machine, etc.

3. Ceramic sand production line process:
Raw materials (fly ash quantitative admixture) mixed grinding - granulation - burning - stacking - transport (bagging). In order to control the preheating time according to the condition of raw material, it is suitable to use double cylinde rotary kiln in the production of pulverized coal ash pottery, that is, the rotary speed of preheating section and drying section of kiln can be controlled separately. The technological process is: raw material stirring - granulation - screening - sintering - stacking - transportation (bagging). During operation, attention should be paid to prevent the materials from clumping in the kiln and affecting the quality.
