Smooth Operation, Energy-Saving And Efficient Heavy Carbon Steel Belt Filter Press
Heavy-duty carbon steel belt press dewatering machine is a sludge dewatering equipment made of carbon steel and treated with heavy anti-corrosion. It has the characteristics of large frame size, long gravity dewatering zone, large roller diameter, etc. It is suitable for industrial scenarios with large processing capacity and low moisture content of filter cake.
1. It adopts advanced technology from Austria and has a good appearance.
2.The structure has a large stiffness, a steady operation and low noise.
3. It is equipped with advanced concentration preprocessing equipment to flocculate slurry preferably and decrease running cost.
4. Gravity dewatering zone is equipped with advanced distributing device to scatter material uniformly and extend filter cloth’s service life.
5. It has a long wedge-shaped dewatering zone and gravity dewatering zone. It can dehydrate material sufficiently and make sure that the material will not overflow.
6.Dewatering rollers are arranged in a scientific way. Filtrate is respectively discharged from gravity zone, wedge-shaped zone and squeezing zone without disturbing each other. Dewatering rollers has larger diameter and better dewatering effect, they endowed belt f ilter with high treatment capacity, high efficiency and energy saving.
7. It works continuously from feeding to cake discharging. It has high degree in automation. PLC interface can be installed as needed to realize centralized control by computer.
8. Power transmission adopts mechanical or frequency stepless speed regulation, so as to
get wide speed range and application.
9. It is equipped with reliable backwash device to ensure good dehydration effect.
10. It is equipped with pneumatic tensioning and auto deviation adjustment device to ensure safe operation of filter belt.
11. It adopts infrared safety guarding and comprehensive emergency shutdown device to
ensure safety operation.
12.Different filter belt can be selected based on various filtering material, the filter belt is of
high precision.
13.According to different concentration, it can chose different types of machines: Belt concentration or drum concentration
