Introduction
The greatest advantage of an autogenous mill is that it can directly feed raw ore or coarsely crushed ore from the mine. Typically, the ore is fed into the rod mill according to a specific particle size ratio. An autogenous mill can grind the material to a particle size of 0.074 mm in one pass, accounting for over 20% to 50% of the total product. The crushing ratio can reach 4000 to 5000, more than ten times higher than that of ball and rod mills. An autogenous mill is a new type of grinding equipment that combines crushing and grinding functions. It uses the material itself as the medium, achieving crushing through mutual impact and grinding, hence the name "autogenous mill."
