Easy To Install Simple To Maintain GZG Series Self Synchronizing Inertial Vibrating Feeder
The GZG series self-synchronizing inertial vibrating feeder has a wide range of applications, covering numerous industries including mining, metallurgy, coal, building materials, light industry, chemical, power, and grain. It is mainly used to uniformly, continuously, or quantitatively transport lumpy, granular, and powdery materials from storage silos and hoppers to receiving equipment. It is compatible with feeding and batching operations in crushing, coal preparation, screening, conveying, and packaging equipment.
The GZG series features a standard trough structure, suitable for feeding conventional materials without special operating conditions. The GZGF series adopts a closed trough design, specifically designed for conveying materials with high dust content and volatile properties, effectively reducing dust spillage and material volatilization.
This inertial vibrating feeder can be used with a reverse-connection brake control box, enabling rapid equipment shutdown and helping the feeder quickly pass through the resonance range, improving operational stability.
