Product Overview: Grinding wear-resistant parts are subjected to the combined effects of impact loads and abrasive wear during the operation of SAG/AG mills, ball mills, and rod mills. Our wear-resistant parts are manufactured according to the highest quality standards, a full-process traceability system, and stable delivery requirements, providing customers with highly reliable products.
Meanwhile, we can customize designs according to operating conditions to create higher value for customers' processes; and we use internationally advanced professional simulation software to simulate and analyze the mill liners, optimizing the liner structure and dimensional parameters to improve performance.
Structural and Material Characteristics
Materials and Structure: The cylinder and cover plates are made of chromium-molybdenum wear-resistant alloy steel liners with a convex structure design, effectively improving liner service life and material grinding efficiency.
Connection and Sealing: The liners are connected with flat-head bolts, equipped with self-locking nuts and fastening rings; the connecting bolts are equipped with special seals to prevent slurry leakage.
Sufficient liner bolts are provided, accounting for 5% of the assembly, ensuring connection strength and operational stability.
Buffering and Noise Reduction: Wear-resistant rubber gaskets are added at the connection between the cover plate and the cylinder liner, achieving reliable fixation through liner closure.
A 6mm thick rubber gasket is installed between the cylinder liner and the cylinder body to effectively buffer impact and reduce equipment operating noise.
