Core Structure
This Raymond mill features a modular design. Its core components include the main unit, classifier, blower, finished product cyclone separator, fine powder cyclone separator, and associated ducting system. The main unit, as the core of the equipment, integrates key components such as the frame, air inlet volute, shovels, grinding rollers, grinding ring, and casing. Its compact structure and rational assembly ensure stable and efficient grinding operations.
 

Working Principle
Grinding and Crushing Stage
During operation, the material to be ground is uniformly fed into the machine through the feed hopper on the side of the casing. The grinding roller assembly, suspended from the main unit's plum blossom frame, rotates around a vertical axis while simultaneously rotating at high speed. Under the action of centrifugal force, the grinding rollers swing outwards and tightly contact the grinding ring. The shovels simultaneously scoop up the material and feed it between the grinding rollers and the grinding ring, achieving efficient crushing of the material through the rolling and crushing action of the grinding rollers.

Air Separation and Classification Stage
After grinding, the blower sends airflow into the main unit casing, blowing up the ground powder. The powder then enters the classifier above the grinding chamber for precise separation. Coarse material that does not meet the fineness requirements falls back into the grinding chamber for secondary grinding, while fine powder that meets the requirements is carried by the airflow into the finished product cyclone separator. After collection, it is discharged from the powder outlet as the finished product.
The equipment adopts a negative pressure circulating air circuit design. The return air pipe at the upper end of the finished product cyclone separator guides the airflow back to the blower to form a circulation. Excess airflow in the circulating air circuit is discharged through the exhaust pipe between the blower and the main unit, entering the fine powder cyclone separator for purification treatment, ensuring a clean working environment and achieving reasonable airflow control.
