I. Product Overview
The PXH Series Gyratory Crusher is a high-performance primary crushing equipment specially designed for hard stone processing scenarios. It is well-suited for the global market's demand for efficient and stable crushing solutions, with core parameters as follows:

Application Fields: Widely used in manufactured sand production, asphalt aggregate processing, concrete preparation, and raw material crushing in metal mining, chemical industry, highway, railway, metallurgy, construction, water conservancy and other industries. It is an ideal choice for infrastructure projects and mineral processing plants around the world.
II. Product Introduction
The PXH Series Gyratory Crusher integrates advanced technologies including machinery, hydraulics, electrical control, automation and intelligent management. As a new-type intelligent primary crusher with large capacity and high efficiency, it outperforms traditional gyratory crushers in higher crushing efficiency, lower operation cost and more convenient maintenance and adjustment.
The equipment consists of key components: crossbeam assembly, upper-middle-lower frame assembly, moving cone assembly, eccentric sleeve assembly, transmission assembly and hydraulic cylinder assembly.Working Principle: The motor drives the horizontal shaft to rotate, which drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through gears. Then the eccentric sleeve drives the moving cone to swing circularly, realizing continuous extrusion and crushing of materials entering the crushing chamber.
The hydraulic cylinder system at the bottom of the moving cone has two core functions:

The above processing capacity is based on the following assumptions: feed 100% through the feed port width of 80%; 80% through 60% of the width of the feed port and 50% through the size of the screen 10% of the maximum feeding block. These values are suitable for materials with loose densities of 1.6 t/m3(100 lb/in3).
All capacity values are calculated at the maximum eccentricity of each device. All abilities depend on the application. Factors to consider in determining total crushing capacity include: material characteristics, feeding size, material distribution, work index, water content and feeding method.
