Main Classifications of Classifiers

Working Principle of Spiral Classifiers
Spiral classifiers utilize the core principle that solid particles with different specific gravities settle at different speeds in a liquid medium to achieve mechanical classification and separation of materials. During operation, the material in the mill is first screened and separated. Coarse material is transported by the spiral blades to the mill's feed inlet for further grinding, while the screened fine material is discharged through the overflow pipe, completing efficient classification and achieving precise separation and recycling of coarse and fine materials.
