Equipment structure
This machine is mainly composed of a frame, a cylinder, a mixing tool, a rake tooth, a composite rubber lining, a transmission system, and a control system. Working principle
This machine adopts the principle of convection strong mixing. Through the coordinated operation of the mixing tools arranged in the middle of the cylinder and the 13/26 mixing rake teeth distributed in multiple directions on the tools, the materials entering the cylinder are powerfully thrown, sheared, scattered and exchanged, so that the materials can be fully and evenly mixed in the cylinder. At the same time, they gradually move toward the discharge end during the mixing process to complete the continuous mixing operation. This mixing method can effectively prevent materials from agglomerating and agglomerating in the barrel, ensuring the stability and smoothness of the mixing process.
