1. Product Introduction｜Cement Plant Equipments
The JZM Mobile Drum Mixing Plant is a highly-representative all-in-one mobile concrete mixing complete set within Cement Plant Equipments series. The whole equipment integrates aggregate batching system, high-precision weighing system, drum mixing main unit, material conveying mechanism and finished-product discharging unit onto a wheel-mounted mobile chassis. It realizes the full-set concrete production workflow including batching, weighing, mixing and discharging.
Different from traditional stationary concrete batching plants, this machine does not require complicated civil foundation construction. The complete unit can be towed for relocation. Most assembly and commissioning work are finished before factory delivery. After arriving at construction sites, it only needs simple fixing and can quickly start production. As a new-type mobile mixing equipment balancing production performance and flexible transportation capacity, it serves as a preferred Cement Plant Equipments for small and medium sized concrete construction projects.
2. Product Types｜Cement Plant Equipments
This series Cement Plant Equipments JZM Mobile Drum Mixing Plant owns a complete product gradient covering multiple production capacities from small-medium to medium-large. It includes six mainstream models: JZM750, JZM1000, JZM1200, JZM1500, JZM2000 and JZM2500.
Core distinctions among different models lie in discharge capacity, feed capacity, hourly productivity and total installed power. All units support 60mm / 80mm maximum aggregate size to adapt to mixing work of sand and stone aggregates with different particle sizes. The whole weighing system adopts unified accuracy standard. Aggregate, cement, fly ash, water and admixture are equipped with separate weighing modules.
Customers can select proper models according to actual hourly concrete output requirement, aggregate working condition, power supply condition and site situation. Customized solutions are also available for special project requirements.
