1. Product Introduction of Cement Plant Equipments Horizontal Mortar Mixer
Horizontal mortar mixer is a special material mixing and processing machine widely used in engineering industries. It is mainly applied to fully blend raw materials including cement, sand, stone, water and various mortar additives, so as to rapidly prepare masonry mortar, plastering mortar, waterproof mortar and other finished mortars.
Adopting a horizontally placed mixing drum structure, the machine is equipped with rotary mixing blades inside. Driven by the horizontal shaft, materials tumble and rub in all directions, thoroughly solving common defects of vertical mixers such as material stratification and uneven mixing. The whole unit is fitted with a stable frame and movable casters, and some models are matched with an independent electric control cabinet for high automation. The mixing process runs smoothly with greatly reduced material separation, delivering uniform and stable finished mortar. Whether for on-site construction of building sites or supporting civil works in mining plants, it is an indispensable basic mixing machinery.

(1)In-stock finished models: Electric control integrated concrete mixing machine, wheel-mounted mobile JZ400 special mortar mixer. Equipped with movable casters at the bottom, they are easy to transport and transfer on construction sites, making them the top choice for small-scale short-term construction projects.
(2)Standard mass-produced series: Four mainstream standardized models including JZ500, JZ600, JZ750 and JZ1000 with clear capacity gradients, suitable for small individual construction teams and medium-sized mortar processing plants alike.
(3)Power classification: Small-capacity JZ500 and JZ600 are equipped with 3kw energy-saving motors, while large-capacity JZ750 and JZ1000 adopt upgraded 4kw high-power motors to deliver sufficient power without stalling, balancing energy consumption and mixing efficiency.
(4)Structural classification: Two optional structures including fixed thickened frame type and mobile caster type. Fixed type is recommended for fixed processing workshops in mining areas, while mobile type is preferred for mobile construction sites.
