1. Basic Equipment Introduction | Cement Plant Equipments
This A2-510 tilted drum concrete mixer is available in three power versions: diesel type, electric type, and dual diesel-electric custom type. The model shown in the picture is a mobile diesel unit equipped with a diesel engine and wire rope automatic lifting hopper. The whole machine is composed of a cylindrical mixing drum and built-in mixing blades. The power unit drives the drum to rotate and tumble to realize uniform mixing of concrete, mortar and sand aggregate mixture. It is equipped with a four-wheel mobile trailer chassis and adopts automatic wire rope feeding and tilted drum discharging design, featuring flexible transfer and labor-saving operation. It is a dedicated mixing equipment for mining supporting projects and field infrastructure construction.
2. Multi-working Condition Adaptation | Cement Plant Equipments
(1)Mining supporting projects: retaining walls in mining areas, floor paving of mining plant areas, mine road maintenance, concrete mixing for temporary underground support;
(2)Field construction without power supply: mountain slope protection, rural roads, farmland water conservancy, remote bridge pile foundation construction. The diesel version is the priority choice for sites without three-phase electricity;
(3)Township civil engineering: rural self-built houses, factory floor paving, enclosure walls, small septic tanks and retaining wall pouring;
(4)Fixed mixing in plant areas: prefabrication yards of mines and small cement component processing. The electric version is more cost-effective for sites with stable power supply;
(5)Emergency repair works: pavement pothole repair, post-disaster reconstruction and short-term sporadic concrete construction.
