This series of JZC tipping bucket drum Cement Plant Equipments mixers are divided into two major product lines according to power sources: Standard Electric Version and Diesel Off-Grid Version. Each product line includes 3 mainstream volume models to cover different construction output demands:
Electric Power Series (Connected to 380V Industrial Power)
JZC320 Electric Model: Small-volume basic model with 480L feed capacity and 320L discharge capacity, suitable for scattered small-scale pouring works.
JZC350 Electric Model: Best-selling general construction model with 560L feed capacity and 350L discharge capacity, the top choice for most civil and mining projects.
JZC500 Electric Model: Large-capacity high-efficiency model with 800L feed capacity and 500L discharge capacity, designed for continuous high-intensity construction scenarios.
All electric versions are fully equipped with independent mixing motor, lifting motor and water supply pump, complete with electric control system for higher automation.
Diesel Power Series (No External Industrial Power Required)
JZC320 Diesel Model: Dedicated for small field projects, ideal for mountainous areas and open-pit mines without power supply.
JZC350 Diesel Model: Mainstream field construction model with production capacity matching the JZC350 electric version.
JZC500 Diesel Model: Large-volume diesel mixing equipment for mass pouring in remote mining areas.
Diesel models remove supporting electric motors; the diesel engine drives both the mixing drum and feeding mechanism, enabling stable operation in power-outage or off-grid sites.
Feed volume, discharge volume and hourly production efficiency increase progressively across different models. Customers can freely select the machine type based on daily concrete output and on-site power supply conditions.
