1. Basic Equipment Introduction | Cement Plant Equipments
This A2-510 tilted drum concrete mixer is available in three power versions: diesel type, electric type, and dual diesel-electric custom type. The model shown in the picture is a mobile diesel unit equipped with a diesel engine and wire rope automatic lifting hopper. The whole machine is composed of a cylindrical mixing drum and built-in mixing blades. The power unit drives the drum to rotate and tumble to realize uniform mixing of concrete, mortar and sand aggregate mixture. It is equipped with a four-wheel mobile trailer chassis and adopts automatic wire rope feeding and tilted drum discharging design, featuring flexible transfer and labor-saving operation. It is a dedicated mixing equipment for mining supporting projects and field infrastructure construction.
2. Outstanding Equipment Highlights | Cement Plant Equipments
(1)Optional dual power supply to fit all kinds of mining sites: Electric version saves cost for powered sites; diesel version works anywhere without electricity; dual-power customization is available for complex working conditions.
(2)Automatic wire rope feeding reduces labor intensity: The hopper lifts and feeds materials automatically without manual carrying, greatly improving mixing and construction efficiency.
(3)Tilted drum design for clean discharging & easy maintenance: The drum can tilt and flip for discharging, leaving minimal concrete residue inside the drum with less blockage and simple daily cleaning.
(4)Four-wheel trailer chassis for convenient transportation: Fitted with wear-resistant mobile wheels, towable by tricycles or tractors, easy to move on mountain roads in mining areas and scattered construction sites.
(5)Thickened wear-resistant mixing drum compatible with hard mine aggregates: The drum wall thickness reaches 6mm with strong anti-abrasion performance, capable of mixing large mine crushed stone up to 60mm in particle size.
(6)Uniform mixing for stable finished product quality: Standard mixing speed of 14rpm, capable of mixing cement of 2 bags per batch to guarantee qualified compactness and strength of concrete.
(7)Robust overall structure with easy maintenance: High versatility of spare parts, longer service life under harsh mining environments with heavy dust and bumpy transportation.
