Product Introduction
The screen basket is one of the key components of the centrifugal dehydrator. It is a high-speed rotating component. When working, the screen basket must not only withstand vibration loads, but also withstand severe impacts from coal and water, so the strength and precision requirements are relatively high.
The centrifuge screen basket is mainly used for dehydration of centrifugal dehydrators and is widely used in coal, chemical, metallurgy and other industries.
Screen basket
1. The varieties and specifications are relatively complete, which can meet the use requirements of different types of coal, different coal qualities, and different screening;
2. The process dimensions are accurate and the error is small. The fixing bolt holes do not have misaligned eyes or skewed eyes, which saves time and effort in installation.
3. The welding quality is good, the structure is firm, and there is no phenomenon of open welding and cracking of the screen bars;
4. The screen seams are uniform, the screen surface is smooth, the opening rate is high, and the screen permeability is strong.
The screen basket is mainly composed of an upper flange, a lower flange, a reinforcing rib, a reinforcing ring, and a stainless steel conical mesh cylinder. The stainless steel conical mesh cylinder is welded by several fan-shaped screens. The fan-shaped screen is made of stainless steel wire rolled into a special shape of screen bars and support bars welded by special equipment. The screen bars are arranged along the conical generatrix of the screen basket. In order to reduce the blockage of the screen gap, the screen gap is made smaller at the top and larger at the bottom. The size of the screen gap is generally 0.3-1mm, which can be determined according to user requirements. The screen basket is connected to the main machine with bolts through the holes on the upper flange or the lower flange.
