Brief Introduction Of Ore Dressing Equipment
The stirring tank is driven by an electric motor's V-belt to rotate the impeller, which thoroughly and evenly mixes the drugs and pulp, increases the reaction time of the drugs, and enhances the quality of the drug reaction. This machine is suitable for the mineral processing industry and can also be used as a tank and cake stirring device in various chemical industries.
Working Principle Of Ore Dressing Equipment
The stirring barrel is composed of components such as an electric motor, impeller, stator, and bearings. It adopts a flat-bottomed bucket-shaped radiant circulation helical impeller mechanical stirring method for stirring operations. When the stirring tank is in operation, the motor drives the V-belt transmission device to rotate the impeller. Under the uniform stirring effect of the impeller, the pulp and the reagent are fully mixed with each other, increasing the reaction time of the reagent on the pulp and enhancing the reaction quality of the reagent. Thus, the materials are fully stirred and mixed, laying the necessary preparatory conditions for the next stage of the flotation machine production.
