Function and application Of Metallurgy Machine

Principle and structure of Of Metallurgy Machine
The main structure of the pelletizing machine consists of several parts, including the transmission system, the main frame, the reducer, the belt conveyor, the pre-pressing device, the ball groove alignment device of the roller sleeve, the hydraulic system and the electrical control system. During operation, the materials are quantitatively and evenly added to the pre-pressing device of the pelletizing machine to maintain a stable material level inside the pre-pressing device. Then, the pre-pressing screw in the pre-pressing device forces the materials into the middle of the two pairs of rollers for pre-compression and conveying to the arc-shaped grooves of the two pairs of rollers. The surfaces of the two pairs of rollers are evenly distributed with roller cavities of the same shape. Through meshing transmission, Make the two pairs of rollers rotate at the same speed but in opposite directions, bite the material conveyed to the slot opening into the slot and force it to be compressed. As the pairs of rollers continue to rotate, the balls are released under the action of their elastic force and gravity. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the rollers perform periodic rotation and pressing forming motion, achieving batch production.
