Alloyed high manganese steel wear-resistant hammer head, reliable quality, wear resistance is three times that of traditional high manganese steel, the crusher hammer head is widely used in large limestone crushers supporting domestic new dry cement production lines.
Mn13, Mn13Cr2 and Mn18Cr2. Suitable for strong impact conditions such as large and medium-sized crusher tooth plates, rolling mortar walls, crushing walls and large excavator bucket teeth. It can also be used as ball mills, semi-autogenous mills, and autogenous mill liners.
With the continuous development of wear-resistant materials, high manganese steel has gradually become unsuitable for the development of modern foundry industry. It has been replaced by chromium-molybdenum alloy steel, high chromium cast iron and nickel-hard cast iron. However, the high toughness of high manganese steel is unmatched by other wear-resistant materials.
Product Features
1. Reduced the discharging particle size and increased the hourly output. After the improvement, the length from the hanging hole to the end of the hammer head was increased from 350 mm to 360 mm, the rotary diameter was about 1250 to 1270 mm, and the gap from the hammer head to the shell plate of the hammer crusher was reduced from 25 mm to 15 mm. Therefore, the discharging particle size can be changed from the original less than 20 mm and 25% of powder to 8-10 mm and 60% of powder, which greatly improved the crushing effect of the crusher and thus increased the hourly output.
2. Improved the grinding effect. After the secondary crushing of limestone and other materials, it is necessary to study the energy consumption and efficiency. Crushing is more efficient than grinding and consumes less electricity. Therefore, it is required and hoped that limestone is crushed more and ground less. The discharging particle size of 8-10 mm and 60% of powder greatly improves the production effect of the powder machine. The output is increased from 12 tons per hour to 16 tons per hour, reducing the production cost of raw materials.
